Overview —

In 2012 we joined Google on a mission to push the boundaries of innovation. During the course of our partnership we’ve developed new products, reimagined their most iconic brands, optimized their communications with the world, and influenced internal operations. We’ve iterated platforms such as YouTube and Search, plus designed new revenue-driving products while co-creating future visions for entire domains. We reimagined the Google Cloud Building, blending the physical and digital to create an ambitious, sustainable space and lead the Android rebrand, creating a global design system that’s architected with inclusivity at its core.

About

Lisa De Bonis is the Chief Executive Officer at Huge. Since joining the company in 2021 as Chief Experience Officer and, subsequently, Chief Product Officer, Lisa has been a pivotal force in Huge’s transformation, leading the development of technological infrastructure and the deployment of new AI-powered products and tools such as Huge LIVE and Creative Capital Index. Lisa has over 25 years of experience driving growth in the creative, digital marketing and consulting industries across a wide range of global brands.

Before joining Huge, Lisa served as Managing Director at Accenture Interactive, operating in multiple leadership roles across the UK and Europe. She drove double-digit growth across communications and technology clients, enabled the integration of key acquisitions, and launched a new capability focused on scaling experience-driven engagements.

Starting her career in Paris and London, Lisa helped strategize and deliver impactful campaigns for international clients including Orange, Coca-Cola and SABMiller before co-founding Work Club. There, she spent eight years helping build one of the most successful independent digital creative agencies of its time. When Havas later acquired Work Club, she focused on driving growth by expanding the digital creative talent and culture she’d created with Work Club throughout the rest of the company and partnering with GSK and Reckitt on global innovation projects.

Lisa’s impact has been recognized by the world’s top industry awards shows. She has served as a judge at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, D&AD and The Drum Awards. She has contributed thought leadership on the topic of experience and L&D initiatives for some of the world’s top tech brands, as well as to Campaign’s US, UK and Asia editions.
