'Internet Retailer' Lists Two Huge-Designed Sites on Hot 100
December 3, 2012 - Brooklyn.
Magazine has named UnderArmour.com
, both designed by Huge, to its 2013 Hot 100 list
of the best retail websites of the year. The 2013 list was unveiled in the December 2012 issue of the magazine.
Huge partnered with Under Armour to redesign and relaunch UnderArmour.com
in November 2011. The agency was responsible for content strategy, interaction and visual design, and front-end development for the website. The new UnderArmour.com highlights the brand’s exceptional products by better communicating attributes, features, benefits and aesthetics through detailed product descriptions, trusted reviews and testimonials, and enhanced imagery, delivering an unrivaled e-commerce customer experience. The site launched to critical acclaim, winning “Retail Standard of Excellence”
in the Web Marketing Association’s WebAwards and ranking No. 6
on L2’s Digital IQ Index for Sportswear.
Last year, Huge also helped design
a completely reengineered Target.com
, to bring the much-loved Target in-store experience to life online. The agency was responsible for leading the visual and interactive design for the new site. Internet Retailer
praised the design for being “clean and uncluttered, while at the same time showing enough product imagery to make it appealing.”
