HUGE implemented over 20 in-house usability studies, providing enhanced access to the site’s planning and tracking tools. After thoroughly researching how people use the NutriSystem.com site, the redesign was put through A/B and multi-variate testing in order to determine the best possible buying experience. Amazingly, the site saw a 36% boost in lead generation during the three short months it was in beta testing. Now live and open to the public, NutriSystem.com has seen a substantial lift in conversion rates, as well as positive feedback from users new and old.
